When a child receives a diagnosis, it’s overwhelming. One of the biggest things our families face is the burden of not knowing a lot of things they suddenly, urgently need to understand. Medical terminology, insurance logistics, how to administer medication, treatment options, everything is brand-new and very important.

We’ve found that Google is not a good option for these families. Much better is a community of trusted experts and parent educators who can answer questions, demonstrate skills, and help families sort through their options and make decisions.

Our education programs help parents get up to speed quickly and make sure that from the second they walk through our doors, they are never facing all of this information alone.
